I acknowledge that participation in the program involves certain risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or other unforeseen events. I agree to participate voluntarily and assume all risks associated with my involvement in the program.

Indemnity Clause

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the After-School Excursions! program, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation in the program, including but not limited to any claims made by minors or their guardians.
