English Through Music

The goal of this class is to help student improve their English while also exposing them to various kinds of music. Students will focus mostly on listening and speaking skills. Music is a key tool in memorizing vocabulary and grammatical elements in a fun and engaging way. Music is also important for assisting in speaking as it allows students to better develop their pronunciation and also teaches them various slang and English expressions.

Evaluation

There is no formal evaluation in this class. However, students are expected to actively participate in all activities, contribute to group work, and complete assigned tasks. Informal feedback will be provided regularly by the teacher to support student progress.

Attendance Policy

Attendance is an integral part of this class. Students who miss more than 3 days per session will find it very difficult to improve or keep up.

Materials

The teacher will copy handouts for the students to complete during the class.
Various websites will be used for audio and video.
